Drive profitability and market competitiveness through your expertise in pricing strategies and analysis. The individual in this role must be located within the Eastern half of the United States.
Summary: Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the primary focus of this role is to develop and implement analytical pricing tools that will provide LAPP with a competitive advantage. This person will be responsible for comprehensive analyses to deliver actionable insights on market price data, define the most impactful margin protection and cost-out initiatives, and increase profit through strategic price adjustments.
To lead the regional pricing strategy, this role must collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America, including Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field.
• A master’s degree in business administration is an advantage.
• A minimum of five years' experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry.
WORK LOCATION: This position is located in the US within the Eastern or Central time zones. Travel to the Florham Park, NJ office may be required ad hoc when business demands. Incumbents of this position whose residence is in NJ will be required to work a hybrid schedule (3x per week in office- Tues & Wed 1).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 5-10% of domestic travel. A valid driver’s license is expected to be maintained.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.

Compensation: After thorough market analysis, LAPP takes many factors into consideration when determining base salary such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, etc. of the candidate. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 plus participation in LAPP's bonus plan.
